About our products

Yes! Over 90% of our products proudly wear the Australian Made & Owned badge. A few exceptions include our Stain Remover Twin Pack, Multi-Use Descaler, and Stainless Steel Wipes—which are still Australian-owned!

Good news! Most of our products don’t expire. To help your products last the distance, keep them sealed and store them in a dark, cool place. They might lose some of their magic over time, but they’ll still work well! There is a small handful of products with an expiry clearly printed on the bottle, so you’ll always know.
Nope! Our formulas are completely free from forever chemicals (PFAS), a group of synthetic compounds that don’t break down and can build up in the environment and our bodies over time. These chemicals have been linked to health and environmental concerns, so we leave them out—because clean should be safe for you and the planet!
We do not add pure palm oil to our products, but a few—Stain Remover, Spill & Spot, Pura Choice Glass Cleaner and Bathroom Cleaner—contain a palm oil derivative. Rest assured, it’s RSPO-MB certified, meaning it’s sourced sustainably with strict environmental and ethical standards. This certification helps protect biodiversity, reduce deforestation, and support fair labour. We’re always exploring even greener alternatives to keep our products as eco-friendly as possible!
Cleaning Accessories
How does the Mist Spray Bottle work?
The spray head uses technology to produce air pressure in the bottle to push the solution in a short continuous, ultra-fine mist, similar to an aerosol spray, without the harmful gases. It’s designed to provide even coverage for efficient cleaning.
What cleaning solutions can I use with the Mist Spray Bottle?
Our Mist Sprayer is specially designed to work best with our Magic Universal 6in1 Cleaner and with most water-based cleaning solutions. Avoid using thick or oil-based solutions, as they may clog the sprayer.
How do I prime the spray bottle?
After filling the bottle, pull the trigger several times until the spray becomes continuous and even. This primes the bottle for optimal use.
How do I clean the spray bottle?
Simply rinse the bottle with warm soapy water and spray a few times to clear any residual cleaning solution from the sprayer. Rinse with clean water until there are no more suds. Allow to dry before refilling.
Does the Mist Spray Bottle come with a cleaning solution?
No, the Mist Spray Bottle is sold empty, allowing you to fill it with the cleaning solution of your choice. It’s designed for use with Magic Universal 6in1 Cleaner.
Eco Mission
Absolutely! We’re committed to being eco-friendly in everything we do. From using sustainable packaging materials to reusing boxes, we’re focused on reducing waste. While our boxes might not always look brand new, it’s all part of our green initiative. We’re also working closely with suppliers to offer kerbside recyclable plastic bottles, provide refill options, and use recycled plastic bottles wherever possible.
At Rubbedin, sustainability is at the heart of what we do. We’re dedicated to taking real action against climate change, which is why we’ve partnered with Reforest Australia to support local reforestation efforts. By planting trees every month, we’re helping to restore ecosystems, enhance biodiversity, and create a healthier planet. We began our commitment with five trees per month and will continue expanding our impact over time. This initiative plays a key role in carbon sequestration, ecosystem restoration, and biodiversity conservation.

At Rubbedin, we are committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. As a member of the Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO), we align with national efforts to minimise packaging waste and promote responsible recycling.
Our Sustainability Approach
We are transitioning to a circular economy, focusing on reducing waste, reusing, refilling, and recycling. Our goal is to meet the 2025 National Packaging Targets and promote recycling through the Australasian Recycling Label (ARL) on all our retail packaging.
Packaging Goals
- Bottles – Made from 100% recycled materials, recyclable via kerbside or return-to-store programs.
- Caps – Recyclable when attached to the bottle.
- Triggers – Currently not recyclable but encourage refilling and reuse.
- Pouches – Exploring more sustainable options as soft plastic programs evolve.
- Tubes – Seeking recyclable alternatives.

Shipping, Tracking and Returns
We team up with Australia Post and StarTrack to bring your goodies safely to your door! These trusty couriers help us make sure your orders arrive as quickly and securely as possible.
We’ve got a few ways to get your order to you! Choose from standard or express shipping, or if you’re in Brisbane, Queensland, you can choose ‘pick up’ and swing by to pick it up from our Capalaba warehouse. While we don’t offer same-day delivery, we’ll make sure your order gets to you as quickly as possible based on the shipping option you choose at checkout!
Once we’ve sent your order, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Just pop that number into the courier’s website—order tracking made easy!

- Express (Metro): 1-2 Business Days

Yep, international shipping can come with some extra baggage like customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees. These costs vary by country and are up to the recipient. We’ll do our part to help, but check your local rules to avoid surprises.
Yes, we sure do! Free shipping is all yours for orders over $75. If your cart’s under that, don’t worry—our standard shipping rates are still nice and reasonable.
Just a heads up though, if you’ve got our High Temp Paint in your cart, it doesn’t count towards free shipping and will be charged shipping fees.
No biggie! If you’re out when the delivery arrives, the courier will either leave a note for redelivery or instructions on where to pick it up. Just follow the info, and if the parcel isn’t collected within 10 business days, it’ll make its way back to us (and we’ll kindly ask you to pay for reshipping).

Promotions and Discounts
Easy! Just pop your discount code into the cart page, and voilà! Your savings will be applied to eligible items in your cart.
Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order and applied a discount, we can’t make any changes. If you need to update something, we’ll have to cancel the order, and you can reorder with the correct items and discount. Be sure everything looks good before hitting “Place Order”—once it’s in, it’s locked!
Oh no! If your discount isn’t applying, it could be because:
- The items in your cart aren’t eligible for the discount.
- You’ve already used that discount code (one-time use, sorry!).
- The code’s expired or typed wrong (double-check those details!).
- Give it another try, and if it’s still not working, just let us know!
