General FAQs

We team up with Australia Post and StarTrack to bring your goodies safely to your door! These trusty couriers help us make sure your orders arrive as quickly and securely as possible.

We’ve got a few ways to get your order to you! Choose from standard or express shipping, or if you’re in Brisbane, Queensland, you can choose ‘pick up’ and swing by to pick it up from our Capalaba warehouse. While we don’t offer same-day delivery, we’ll make sure your order gets to you as quickly as possible based on the shipping option you choose at checkout!

Once we’ve sent your order, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Just pop that number into the courier’s website—order tracking made easy!

Shipping Method & Location Delivery Times:

  • Standard (Metro): 3-5 Business Days
  • Standard (Rural): 5-7 Business Days
  • Express (Metro): 1-2 Business Days
  • Express (Rural): 2-4 Business Days

Yep, international shipping can come with some extra baggage like customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees. These costs vary by country and are up to the recipient. We’ll do our part to help, but check your local rules to avoid surprises.

Yes! Want to say hello and pick up your order? Just select the pickup option at checkout and swing by when it’s ready. We’d love to see you!

No biggie! If you’re out when the delivery arrives, the courier will either leave a note for redelivery or instructions on where to pick it up. Just follow the info, and if the parcel isn’t collected within 10 business days, it’ll make its way back to us (and we’ll kindly ask you to pay for reshipping).

Yes! Over 90% of our products proudly wear the Australian Made & Owned badge. A few exceptions include our Stain Remover Twin Pack, Multi-Use Descaler, and Stainless Steel Wipes—which are still Australian-owned!

Absolutely! We’re committed to being eco-friendly in everything we do. From using sustainable packaging materials to reusing boxes, we’re focused on reducing waste. While our boxes might not always look brand new, it’s all part of our green initiative. We’re also working closely with suppliers to offer kerbside recyclable plastic bottles, provide refill options, and use recycled plastic bottles wherever possible.

Good news! Most of our products don’t expire. To help your products last the distance, keep them sealed and store them in a dark, cool place. They might lose some of their magic over time, but they’ll still work well! There is a small handful of products with an expiry clearly printed on the bottle, so you’ll always know.
