How to Use
Clean glass surface while cool.
- Using a damp cloth, apply Crystal Clear Fireplace Glass Cleaner onto the glass surface and rub in a circular motion to remove deposits.
- For stubborn deposits, use a non-scratch scourer pad.
- Wipe off residue and polish with a clean, dry cloth.
Handy Hint:
- Can be used on your non-porous hearth, porcelain tiles and surrounding areas for a sparkling shine.
- Use Firewise Soot-Loose Chimney & Flue Cleaner to dissolve tar, creosote buildup and reduce smoke emissions from chimneys and flues.

SAFETY DIRECTIONS: SAFETY DIRECTIONS: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Wear suitable gloves and eye/face protection.
FIRST AID: For advice, contact a Poisons Information Centre (eg phone Australia 13 11 26; New Zealand 0800 764 766) or a doctor (at once). If in eyes, hold eyelids apart and flush the eye continuously with running water. Continue flushing until advised to stop by a Poisons Information Centre or a doctor, or for at least 15 minutes. If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting.
FAQ's
What else can I use this product on?
The Crystal Clear Hot Glass Cleaner is very effective at cleaning porcelain enamel. It is also useful when cleaning white goods e.g. fridges, dishwashers, etc. to remove marks.
My fireplace is in constant use and I dont want to turn it off, can I use this while the glass is hot?
Comparing it to a car polish, you have to wait until the car is cool otherwise you can burn the formula onto the paint – this is the same for our creme cleaner.
Is it safe to use Crystal Clear on the glass of an oven?
Yes, this is safe to use. However, as this product was not designed for this purpose and we cannot confirm if it will work 100%. Crystal Clear was designed to remove soot, tar, and creosote which is not found in conventional ovens. We do highly recommend our Cooktop Magic as this was designed to remove food splatters, oils, fats, and grease.
