Returns Policy

Product must be returned to the original point of purchase within 30 days of order date. To return products to Rubbedin please affix postage to your package and send it to the address shown on your invoice.

Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the outgoing parcel. All other returns / reorders will be charged the standard delivery rate.

Damaged Products

Once your order arrives, it’s best to go through the entire order to make sure that a) everything is accounted for and b) nothing is damaged.

If you’re missing anything or something is damaged, please report any of these within 3 business days of receipt of your order for us to replace the item(s) promptly. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days of order date.
