Returns Policy

Products must be returned to the original point of purchase within 30 days of the receipt date. When returning an item to Rubbedin, please reuse the original packaging where possible, or use appropriate Australia Post packaging. Ensure the product is securely packed, just as it was when received, and send it to:

Exchange:

If you have purchased the incorrect item and would like to exchange it, we are happy to assist you. Please note that return postage costs are not reimbursed; however, we will cover the cost of standard delivery for the replacement item.

Change of Mind:

If you have changed your mind after receiving your purchase, we are pleased to accept returns. Provided the item is returned in sellable condition, we will issue a full refund of the product value. Please be aware that neither the original delivery charge nor return postage will be refunded.

Returned to Sender:

Should your parcel be returned to us due to non-collection from your local post office, we will contact you once it has been received at our warehouse. You may choose to have the item resent; in this case, a standard freight fee will apply. Alternatively, we can issue a refund for the product value, excluding any freight charges.
