National Delivery Information

If you order directly from Rubbedin, we will deliver to the address specified at the time of placing your order. We deliver by road courier throughout Australia.

We try to ship items as soon as possible, but in general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing. Delivery is usually between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and stock on hand. If it is going to be any longer, we will notify you by email with alternatives or an ETA.

While you are waiting to receive your order, we have a few things we would like to explain about freight and what to do when your order arrives.

International Delivery Information

Australia Post Economy Air: Please know there is NO tracking number with this option. We/ Australia Post cannot locate your parcel once it leaves our warehouse. We are not able to refund or resend your order – please choose your shipping option wisely.

1. Once your order leaves, we are no longer in control.

Once the order leaves our warehouse, we unfortunately have no control over what happens next. We are sure you understand that once your order leaves our hands and is handed to our courier, we are no longer held liable for any loses or delays in transit. We pack all our orders efficiently to minimize any damage, but it is impossible to have full control.

These can include, but not limited to:

  • Delays due to COVID-19
  • Delays due to weather conditions
  • Shipper errors
  • Damages due to transit etc

If the carrier does make a mistake however and compensate the order value or RTS (return to sender) then we will pass that on to you/ resend your parcel at no cost to you.

You can see your estimate delivery times via your tracking number provided from the courier but remember that those are estimated.

However, there are a few things we’d like you to do once it arrives…

2. What to do when it arrives.

Once your order arrives, it’s best to go through the entire order to make sure that a) everything is accounted for and b) nothing is damaged.

If you’re missing anything or something is damaged, please report any of these within 3 business days of receipt of your order for us to replace the item(s) promptly. Product(s) must be returned to us within 30 days of order date.

These issues rarely come up, but just in case they do I want you to know that we will take care of it. You have a million other things to worry about and we do not want this to be one of them.
