Our Surfactin is the most powerful biosurfactant[2], uniquely sourced from our own probiotic bacterium and combined with Thymol[3], making it 98% naturally derived.

What can our 6in1 do?

  • Disinfectant (Kills 99.99% of germs)
    Effective against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19)
  • Urinal Cleaner (Removes Odour Causing Struvite)
  • Degrease (Fat, Oil and Grease)

Simplify your cleaning processes and improve safety with our revolutionary 6in1 Disinfectant & Cleaner. Many businesses need help with the complexity of inventory control and staff training due to the need for multiple cleaning products, some of which can be harmful and require extensive personal protective equipment (P.P.E.).

Our 6in1 Disinfectant & Cleaner is a game-changer. It effectively breaks down dirt, fats, oils, grease (F.O.G.), struvite, and germ cells, ensuring they can be easily washed away. What sets it apart is its unique composition. We’ve harnessed the power of naturally derived Surfactin[1], sourced from our probiotic bacterium, and combined it with other bio-surfactants[2] and Thymol[3], a natural disinfectant. The result is a powerful, environmentally friendly, safe disinfectant and cleaner that minimises the need for extensive P.P.E.

Ideal for a wide range of settings, our 6in1 is perfect for:

– Aged care facilities
– Childcare centres
– Schools
– Sports clubs
– Hotels and restaurants
– Kitchens and B.B.Q. areas
– Rangehoods and Gas or Electric Cooktops

For added convenience, here’s a handy tip: To help maintain clear drains, pour the remaining floor cleaning solution down the drain. For a crystal-clear finish on glass, consider using our PuraChoice Glass Cleaner.

THE 6in1 Disinfectant & Cleaner DIFFERENCE:

✓ Six actions in One product disinfects, degreases, dissolves struvite, drains, cleans floors, and is a general cleaner, reducing your cleaning product inventory. Many others require multiple products to perform all these actions.

✓ Removes fats and oils from all surfaces, not just disperses them. Some other products may only spread, not remove fats and oils.

✓ Helps eliminate and control odours, not just mask them. Many only mask odours.

✓ Minimal personal P.P.E. is required, as our product is safe. In contrast, others can be poisonous and harmful, requiring extensive P.P.E.

✓ Environmentally friendly and safe for humans and pets, while some products contain toxic bleach or caustic soda, which can be dangerous.

✓ Bleach and chlorine-free, making it septic and greywater-safe. In contrast, most other products are NOT septic or greywater safe.

✓ Safe for all surfaces and plumbing systems, as it’s non-corrosive and non-flammable. Others may deteriorate surfaces over time.

Choose the 6in1 Disinfectant & Cleaner difference for effective, safe, and environmentally friendly cleaning and disinfection.

Handy Hint: To help maintain clear drains by pouring the balance of the floor cleaning solution down the drain. For crystal clear finish on glass, use PuraChoice Glass Cleaner.

How To Use

Disinfecting & Sanitising Use Undiluted
Struvite Removal 100mL / 1 Litre
Degreasing 100mL / 1 Litre
Drains 50mL / 1 Litre
Floors 25mL / 1 Litre
General Spray & Wipe 60mL / 1 Litre

Disinfectant: Remove heavy dirt from surface. Apply undiluted with spray, cloth or swab and ensure entire surface is covered. To kill SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) leave for 10 minutes before wiping down. To kill bacteria leave for 60 minutes before wiping down.

Sanitising: For complete surface sanitisation, add 100mL to 500mL spray bottle, and top up with clean water. Apply with spray, cloth or swab and ensure entire surface is covered and allowed to dry.

Urinal/Struvite & Odour Control: Add 50mL to a 500mL spray bottle, and top up with clean water. Spray, soak for 2-3 minutes, scrub, then wash down. NOTE: Soak heavily soiled areas with the undiluted solution for up to 30 min before scrubbing.

Degreasing: Add 50mL to a 500mL spray bottle, and top up with clean water. Spray onto surface, wait 30 seconds scrub if required, then wipe with a clean cloth.

Drains: Help keep drains clean, add 100mL to a bucket, and top up with 2L of clean water. Pour down drain.

Floor Cleaning: Add 100mL to a bucket, and top up with 4L of clean water. Mop the floor and allow dry. To maintain drains, pour balance down drain after mopping.

General Spray & Wipe: Add 30mL to a 500mL spray bottle, and top up with clean water. Spray onto surface and wipe with a clean cloth.

Note: Heavily soiled areas may need repeat treatments.

The Science Behind the Product

Surfactin: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0927776521001934
Surfactin Surfactin is a lipopeptide-based bioactive substance produced by microbial species belonging to the genus Bacillus. A high-purity surfactin was recovered from a Bacillus subtilis culture broth. Purified surfactin efficiently reduces interfacial tension at low concentrations. Surfactin was characterized regarding its applicability as O/W emulsifier. Emulsions were stable at pH values above 6 and NaCl concentrations up to 0.5 M. Emulsions had highly negative zeta-potentials up to −100 mV.

Biosurfactants: https://www.sciencedirect.com/topics/medicine-and-dentistry/biosurfactant
Biosurfactants are active compounds that are produced at the microbial cell surface or excreted and reduce surface and interfacial tension. Microbial surfactants offer several advantages over synthetic ones, such as low toxicity and high biodegradability, and remain active at extreme pH and salinity. Biosurfactants are produced by bacteria, yeasts, and filamentous fungi.

Thymol: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5483461/
Thymol, chemically known as 2-isopropyl-5-methylphenol is a colourless crystalline monoterpene phenol. It is one of the most important dietary constituents in thyme species. For centuries, it has been used in traditional medicine and has been shown to possess various pharmacological properties, including antioxidant, free radical scavenging, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antispasmodic, antibacterial, antifungal, antiseptic and antitumor activities.

The Chemistry of Cleaning – How Surfactants Work: https://www.cleaninginstitute.org/understanding-products/science-soap/chemistry-cleaning
In order to clean dirt off our clothes and surfaces, the water needs to be able to reach the surface. Water is able to get to the surface if surface tension is reduced. To do this, we use a group of chemicals called surface active agents or surfactants. Surfactants change how water behaves. When a surfactant is added, the surface tension is reduced. Now water can spread out and wet the surface (e.g., clothes, dishes, countertops) we are trying to clean.

Every surfactant has two ends. One end wants to be in water, and the other does not. How these two ends interact with soil and water is the secret to how a surfactant works. Once the surfactant is added to water, the water-fearing ends try to stay away from the water.3,4 Watch this video4 to see how… https://youtu.be/F7-ie4uWX04

How Surface Tension is Measured: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8433748/
The critical micellar concentration (cmc) is a fundamental property of a surfactant solution. At surfactant concentrations near and above the cmc the surfactant molecules start to aggregate and form micelles. The formation of micelles affects many properties of a surfactant solution, usually introducing a marked change at the cmc in plots of property versus the surfactant concentration.
