FAQ's
I used the product according to the instructions, but there are still brown stains or a burnt look at the bottom of the kettle.
This product removes the build-up of lime scale, calcium deposits, bacteria, and mould. Brown stains are usually caused by hard water, which has a higher concentration of minerals. These minerals burn when the water is heated. To avoid these brown stains, use filtered water in your kettle. Unfortunately, All Purpose Descaler is not formulated to remove these mineral stains.
Can I use All Purpose Descaler to clean my CPAP machine?
We haven’t tried it in a CPAP machine. All Purpose Descaler is non-toxic and biodegradable. This product removes the build-up of lime scale, calcium deposits, bacteria, and mould. It won’t remove brown stains from mineral deposits.

No, it is entirely safe. All Purpose Descaler is non-toxic and biodegradable.

Can All Purpose Descaler be used for my washing machine?
Not really. It won’t hurt your washing machine, but it is not aggressive enough to dissolve the scum and calcium build-up that washing machines collect. Instead, use Magic Washing Machine Cleaner. If you haven’t cleaned your machine for a while, use Magic Heavy Duty Washing Machine Disinfectant & Cleaner.
